On Thursday 8 August, the Champions Park of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games was once again the centre of celebrations for athletes from all over the world. On the long stage set up in the Trocadero gardens, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, the Champions Park threw a wonderful party for the medal-winning athletes.

On Thursday 8 August, there was no French athlete to celebrate at the Champions Park. However, the fervour and excitement were once again on show as some forty international athletes were celebrated. The Champions Park was once again full to bursting. And the photos speak for themselves: smiles, joy and sharing were once again the order of the day.

The presence of Martin Fourcade (seven-time Olympic medallist) to open the session promised a fine end to the day at the Champions Park. As usual, the athletes came together on stage, symbols of the fraternal side of these Paris 2024 Games.
