Thomas Frank made eight changes to the Brentford lineup following their 2-1 defeat to Manchester City over the weekend, and it was Fabio Carvalho who made a significant impact in their Carabao Cup clash against Leyton Orient. The 21-year-old winger,

who joined Brentford from Liverpool last month in a £27.5m deal, scored his first goal for the club with a spectacular overhead kick. Carvalho’s goal came after Kevin Schade’s effort had bounced up in the box.
