The stakes are high for the upcoming Eliminator match of BPL 2024-25. The league has rounded up to a gritty finish as two of the premier teams eye for the Semi-finale spot.
The Eliminator match is staged between Khulna Tigers and Rangpur Riders and the clash promises to be a thrilling one as it will be a do-or-die scenario for both teams who have been giving their best throughout the league.
Rangpur Riders have been on a losing streak lately and things are not looking good for the Nurul Hasan-led team. With four back-to-back losses, they will be low on confidence before taking on the Khulna Tigers in the Eliminator. Nevertheless, they boast a strong team with veterans like Soumya Sarkar, Khushdil Shah and Iftikhar Ahmed and might turn things around for the better in the high-octane encounter.
Khulna Tigers on the other hand had a mixed campaign but recently defeated the Rangpur Riders. It will boost the Mehidy Hasan Miraz-led team’s confidence before clashing with the Riders. Miraz, the skipper himself has been the best all-round performer for his team this season and along with Mohammad Naim, Mohammad Nawaz and Abu Hider, the Tigers will be hungry to eye for the semi-final spot.
